YCB Transfer oil rotary gear pump has a continuous contact between the two meshing tooth profiles, which does not cause oil trapping phenomenon, and completely solves the phenomenon that the pump vibration, noise and bearing load increase due to the trapped oil phenomenon of the involute gear pump. Therefore, the arc gear pump has low efficiency and low noise, and has good energy saving effect. This series of gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves and shaft end seals. The gears are manufactured in a double arc sinusoidal profile. Compared with the involute gear, the outstanding advantage is that the tooth profile has no relative sliding during the gear meshing process, so the tooth surface has no wear, stable operation, no liquid trapping phenomenon, low noise, long service life and high efficiency. The pump has got rid of the constraints of traditional design, making the gear pump enter a new field in design, production and use.
